Making the reservation was easy, the girls in the office were friendly and knowledgeable about the package we decided to book, and the ease of everything was extremely impressive! The day of went so smoothly! We felt like VIPs from the moment our driver picked us up. The vehicle itself was clean and comfortable. Our driver was STEVE, and I highly recommend requesting him to be yours too!! He was so friendly, very helpful, and didn't judge us for our party play list that we turned up real loud. :) 5 star rating through and through, and it was well earned.
